It will do no good to offer you the best assessments and training plans if you lose motivation and quit.

Motivation is any force that gets a person to act. An external force can be someone encouraging you. An internal force can be that little voice in your head telling you to get up and get moving! You have that little voice or else you wouldn't have contacted No Gym, No Excuses in the first place! Sometimes you have to remind yourself that the internal drive exists and that you need to listen to it!
Life offers a lot of things that will serve to de-motivate you. Your goal will be to hear those things, acknowledge them, and then get moving anyway. That little voice in your head REALLY DOES want you to get up and get moving. Having well thought out, WRITTEN, No Gym, No Excuses personal goals and a group training session to help you remember them can be the foundation for your personal motivation and positive psychology.
